I can't ID male ants but it looks very ... Atta ish. Perhaps one of the fungus growing genera?

 
Cyphomyrmex sp.?
Looks very similar to the small Cyphomyrmex males I saw when I excavated a nest over the summer.

Per UT's Formicidae (Ants) of Brackenridge Field Laboratory list, these are the two spp. known from Austin:

Cyphomyrmex rimosus
Cyphomyrmex wheeleri
