Spots - Dolomedes triton

Spots - Dolomedes triton
Rural Retreat Lake, Wythe County, Virginia, USA
June 11, 2005
Size: 1.125"
Came across this little beauty while pulling moss out of the water to open a spot to fish. From standing height, it was nearly invisble. If it hadn't moved, I would have never noticed it. This is the first six-spotted I have found, lucky for me it had such gorgeous color!!!
