The
spinnerets and cribellum certainly fit, but I can't tell from the epigynum.
I'm pretty confident with the ID.

Looks
like the introduced Australian Badumna longiqua. Was it in a cribellate web? Were there others around? Usually there are several or more individuals in close proximity to each other from what I've seen in Encinitas and Newport Beach.

The AME should be larger than all the other eyes, and it appears that way, but I can't be sure, so take a look at them. Maybe also examine the epigynum or post close ups of it.

Cribellate
I think the web might be hidden behind part of the gate. The part of the web I can see is fine and messy. No other adults around. AME are larger than the other eyes. Posted epigynum, cribellum and spinneret photos.
