looks like maybe a Dicerca or a Texania.

Dicerca.
Size indication would be helpful in ruling out Texania completely, but the tapered elytra strongly indicate Dicerca. Good luck getting an ID beyond genus, though.

Metallic wood-boring beetle...
... but I can't say what species exactly. Start with subfamily Chrysochroinae.
