Must be a Lasiopogon sp.; see
Must be a Lasiopogon sp.; see if frons is broadly widened above. If so, then Rob Cannings should identify it further.

 
Lasiopogon
Lasiopogon was what i first thought, however, i did not think they had bicolored wings. frons looks more widened above than should be on Coleomyia though. will see what Dr. Cannings has to say... i think i have some other Lasiopogon i need to attempt to photograph and will get in touch with him. thank you again for the help, Dr. Fisher.
