The female Aztec Dancer can be eliminated because they have black stripes on abdominal segment 8 (S8) and usually also S9.
The female Kiowa and Springwater normally do not have any black stripes on S8 or S9.
The female Springwater rarely has a small pair of basal spots on S9.
In my opinion the shape of the humeral (shoulder) stripe indicates your damsel is a female Kiowa Dancer. This stripe appears to me to be vaguely forked at the anterior end and is thin throughout the rest of its length.
In the female Springwater - this stripe is thick at the anterior end and then thins out distally before widening again at the posterior end.

Female Argia plana OR immunda OR nahuana
This Article has a good discussion on how to possibly distinguish the females (and males) of these species.
I don't know for sure what your damselfly is but I suspect it may be Argia plana.
GOOD LUCK - I've never really figured out how to identify these females.
