I would guess...
Green-striped Darner (Aeshna verticalis) because the thoracic stripes look like they're completely green, but it's hard to tell whether the male's thoracic stripes are tinted blue basally. The width and shape of the thoracic stripes could really go either way, but I think they look a little better for Green-striped.

I believe these are Canada Darners,
Aeshna candensis, based on the shape of the stripes on the side of the thorax.
