Scelionidae or Encyrtidae?

There is no agreement on this little wasp

Victor Proctos never filled his account page but made a number of correct IDs, so I suspect that he is right. Does anybody know something about these Chalcids?

He was right -
I emailed Dr. Gary Gibson with the link to these images and he confirmed Scelionidae - I put a comment on the page...
