golden Long-legged Fly - Amblypsilopus bicolor - Female

I thought that this is a long-legged fly but I have looked though Dolichopodidae (Longlegged Flies) in the guide and don't see a match.

I am wondering about the gray on the side of the thorax. I haven't seen that in such a pronounced way before and am wondering if it is anatomical or a disease.
