Spines on hind tibiae completely black; side of forewings with white streak; lateral carinae cut by three sulci (1)
Range
Alaska to Newfoundland, south to about NJ (1). Seems to have disappeared from much of its southern range
Habitat
low boggy meadows, swamps, marshes, and edges of lakes (1)

Adults from July to September (1)

Probably mostly sedges
