There are other Euborellia species in Florida, and this doesn't have the "rings" on the legs to confirm it as Euborellia annulipes (though they don't always have it).

Also, one would expect the 3rd and 4th segments from the end of the antennae to be white, not the 5th, 6th and 7th.
