Muscidae Larvae?

Found in a riffle in a fast-flowing, shallow, and small perennial creek downstream of a dam. Habitat has high canopy cover and small to medium sized stone substrate. Muscidae is my guess, but I'm not too certain about it since it lacks the blunt end with spiracles.
