Rhagidiidae
This is a eupodine mite in the family Rhagidiidae. These are super fast and are vicious predators with massive chelicerae.

 
The cold had slowed..
them down a little, but I still had to shoot them at reduced magnification. I've seen these before and have never been able to get a good pic of one until now. Thanks for the ID.
