Pamphiliidae, Cephalcia frontalis (Westwood)
One of the prettiest pamphiliids. Larvae feed on pines in webs.

yours is more robust...
...and very differently colored -- way beyond variation; i believe it's the 1st pic of this sp. in the guide!
