Borer beetle? - Neoclytus senilis

Borer beetle? - Neoclytus senilis
Lake Wales, Polk County, Florida, USA
November 7, 2008
Size: 0.5-1.0 inch
Was found first thing in morning on a log pile that was burned the day before then had sprinklers running on it all night. Area was very moist from sprinklers. The beautiful design on its back is what attracted my attention.
