I think...
what you've got there is a giant katydid, Stilpnochlora couloniana.

not sure of exact name, but here is a starting place:

There are True Katydids, and Phaneropterinae (False Katydids) which I am unclear if that makes them "non-true" katydids?!...as well as MANY others, but you might sift through some of these pictures until one of the experts comes along.
