Flat bug - Mezira pacifica

I've been told these are flat bugs - family Aradidae - genus Neuroctenus. As I understand it, however, genus Neuroctenus occurs only in the east. Could this then be Aradus? If it is Aradus, any chance of a species ID?

ID
Looks a little more like Mezira than Neuroctenus to me, but I'd really need to see the bug in hand to be sure. And you are correct in being suspecious of Neuroctenus in Oregon - although I wouldn't completely dismiss the possibility.

not Aradus, that's for sure
some Mezirinae anyway
