Unidentified Isopoda (Woodlouse/Pillbug) - Ligidium gracile

Unidentified Isopoda (Woodlouse/Pillbug) - Ligidium gracile
Silver Falls State Park, near Stayton, Marion County, Oregon, USA
December 13, 2008
Size: ~5mm
Found under a log at Silver Falls St. Park, I believe this to be the same kind as the ones I found at Mary's Peak area. Fast little buggers and much smaller than the typical ones I find in my yard (Oniscus asellus & Armadilidium vulgare). They also seem to have their carapace (not sure if that's the right word) lifted up higher than other pillbugs I've seen.
