Found hibernating under Pine tree bark.
Please help with ID.

It looks like a Acompocoris species.
Although I could not see all the genus in North America, I think its head structure and the body shape are very similar to the
Acompocoris
species.

Acompocoris
is a member of a different group with uniform antennomeres; this one, with thin antennomeres 3&4, is closer to
Lyctocoris

Also, I used to find some Anthocorids under tree barks
I never seen them any other place before. ^^

I've discovered there are all sorts of critters living under tree bark....especially in winter. Very cool!
