Identification
... the pale reddish color in the basal area supposedly separates it from 5850 - D. ponderosae. When Neunzig published MONA Fascicle 15.5 in 2003 he had seen specimens of D. okanaganella only from British Columbia. Your moth(s) seem clearly to me to fit his description and match his specimen photos.
