Size: ~1/2 inch
Hope someone can narrow the id to family or better. There was an all green Acanaloniid Planthopper and two (I think) species of treehoppers all within a few of this hopper, along with many hopper nymphs.

The double row of crossveins that traverse the wing is only faintly visable in this photo. Some specimens of this species are, like this one, entirely white except for a small, black spot along the upper wing edge.

What an incredible shot! That eye looking back at you with great concern, that is really something! I took a white planthopper pic the other day but frassed it, not nearly as good as yours.

I think this is a flatid planthopper, genus Anormenis
