Likely Oxyopes sp. -

according to Spiders of North America (ruling out Peucetia here because of the lack of bright green coloration), the difference between the two remaining genera (Oxyopes and Hamataliwa) is in the eye arrangement and relative length of leg IV - do you have any habitus photos from above (or farther away) that show the relative lengths of legs III and IV? The eyes on this spider seem closer to "distance between PME subequal to distance between PME and PLE" (Oxyopes) than "distance between PME much greater than distance from PME to PLE" (Hamataliwa)...

Thanks, Ken. I'm afraid these are the only images I have of this individual. If I find another individual, I'll make attempt to take images that show the relative lengths of legs III and IV.

you're taking some wonderful photos! It's also quite possible that one of our spider experts will eventually ID these two images further than family level - I'm still pretty new at this and don't have much experience with this family of spiders...
