Moved from Kelisia.

Andy's old comments keep yielding new taxa for the guide!

I wonder how many more are out there
I happened on this one because I just photographed a Kelisia sp and was seeing what it might be.

a couple of years ago, when the comment lists became available, i went back thru thousands (over a year worth) of Andy's comments, and kept monitoring him closely ever since -- yet i still find something new every time i venture into this or that hopper section...
new molecular results are expected soon to bring more understanding and order into cicadoid taxonomy; once the jury is in, i'll get busy putting together the synoptic classifications for the family pages so we know what is still missing

Moved from Leafhoppers.

Kelisia curvata
This is a short-winged form of a Delphacid adult.
