it might be a carolinensis. Can't say for sure as it looks immature. Are you rearing it?

I still don't know, but this is interesting enough to hold onto. I'll move it to the putnami group and try to get species confirmation.

The leg coloring and what appears to be the start of a dark forehead band both make me lean towards carolinensis. Unfortunately the abdomen markings shown don't exclude putnami.
