Ephoron leukon
Hi Jean,

These are female Ephoron leukon subimagos. Unlike most mayflies, the females never undergo the molt to imagos (the males do), but mate, oviposit, and expire as subs. Their vestigial legs are nonfunctional and those that are attracted to lights will flop around helplessly on the ground.
