Swift Forktail? - Ischnura erratica - Male
Twin Lakes, 10 miles up and south of the Umpqua River, Douglas County, Oregon, USA

We found what we think is an immature male Ischnura erratica on a railing along the path around lower Twin Lake. We'd appreciate confirmation or correction.

You are correct
Yes, that is definitely an immature male Ischnura erratica.
