Where in the world...
Where did you find this spider in this cold weather? I've always wanted to find one of these so maybe there's hope.

 
Inside
crawling up a wall, probably came with plants brought in for the winter. Seems to be surviving on the small insects plentiful in the potting soil. Might be able to photo feeding, if everthing goes right. If you bring in some soil/leaf litter samples and warm them up (avoid drying out), you should find all sorts of potential subjects.

Test run
of the EOS 5D MKII, the 21MP sensor makes my older camera backs seem really lame (eventhough they were much more expensive). I predict I'll add another before the warmer weather arrives, nothing like wandering the wilderness with 4 camera/lense/flash setups hanging around your neck. ;)>
