Phthiriinae? - Acreophthiria - female

Phthiriinae? - Acreophthiria - Female
Carrizo Plains National Monument, San Luis Obispo County, California, USA
April 7, 2008
Small, delicate, bee flies gregariously nectaring on Monolopia lanceolata, an annual in the Asteraceae.

Assuming I got things right, these keyed in Hull(1) to subfamily Phthiriinae. Maybe they're in the genus Neacreotrichus? Corrections or confirmation or elucidating comments are always much appreciated.
