Isotomurus palustris
This picture is a nice illustration of the diagnostic characteristic of Isotomurus versus Isotoma: in Isotomurus, the macrosetae are only present on the posterior body segments. In Isotoma the macrosetae are present on all body segments.

 
I had originally..
thought these to be immature Isotoma Delta which are very common here. Looking at the images on the computer told a differrent story though. These Isotomurus were quite a bit smaller.
