I'd suggest Forelius sp. (Dolichoderinae)
A member of the Odorous Ants subfamily (Dolichoderinae) at any rate. Head is a bit dark for "standard" Forelius pruinosus, but overall outline best matches this genus.

Forelius makes sense to me on this one. Forelius do tend to be rather variable in color so the head darker does not bother me too much.
