This is the antlion Brachynemurus longicaudus (Burmeister, 1839). One of the sexually dimorphic species in which the males have exceptionally long abdomens.

Myrmeleontidae.
Yes, an antlion. In one genus, the males have these incredibly elongate abdomens. The female's abdomen does not exceed her wingtips at rest.
