it's related to your

 
same family and probably genus
It looks almost identical with less orange. The other thing I noticed, is the scutellum is deeply notched on this and not so on the other one. Where this is a western beetle, it's hard to tell for sure.

 
Saxinis sp
allthough there is a western species, Babia tetraspilota, I think this species is in the genus Saxinis.They are more coarsely punctate and less shiny and the antenna are broader I think you have a point on the scutellum as well. There are several species in Saxinis
