If I may suggest, ...
if you wish to impose on specialists for identifications, as a courtesy, you may want to include more appropriate data that isn't so ambiguous as "Hwy 90" which probably traverses 100 miles through Cochise County while encountering a myriad of ecological associations and niches as well as many similiar species. Also, it would be a good idea to give credit to the individuals for their valuable time and expertise you've drawn upon as well as informing others whom they might contact for future queries. You'll appear more professional than just posting hundreds of photos and expecting someone to ID them for you.
Best wishes, ...

Acmaeodera flavopicta Waterhouse, 1889
After reviewing the Harvard type (syn. A. flavosticta) your falls between my specimen from eastern AZ and the type from Mexico. The species is variable in the pattern of spots as can be seen in your picture (the two sides don't quite match up). My specimen of this species incorporates all the spots on yours and a few more tiny ones.
