Last year I posted a couple of adult Polycentropus from the same location. So odds are good that they're the same genus, if not even species.

sympatric species
Polycentropus is common in your part of the world. In adult collections I see there are often a couple species at the same locality. I would be careful about concluding the larva and adult are the same species based simply on locality, particularly with Polycentropus.

Polycentropodidae
Definitely a polycentropodid, and probably Polycentropus based on the habitat and size. So far I know of only two NA polycentropodid genera with the "X" shaped sclerite reported on the proleg - Cernotina and Polycentropus. But the larvae of this family are not well known. Cernotina is the smaller of the two and is reported more often from flowing water systems. Polycentropus is common in standing water systems. Nice photos.
