Leptoceridae: Oecetis?
Leptoceridae: Oecetis??

limnephilid or lepidostoma
While the photos are not very clear I don't think it is a leptocerid. The head and thorax are quite square, legs fairly short and the mandibles in the 2nd photo are very stout. At this size a leptocerid would be a mature larvae and usually have a tidier case. Lepidostoma would also have a fairly uniform case at this size so I am leaning towards an immature limnephild whose case often changes dramatically in size and shape. But it could be either.
