Size: ~1-2mm
Might be aphids... Found *hundreds* of them in Saint Augustine grass. None found in near-by lantana bushes.

Young nymphs look like this, and have waxy tails. They will eventually disperse.

Reminds me of
Collembola, although that white part is strange...
