Moved from Agabus.

Moved from Colymbetinae.

Moved

Also Colymbetinae...
An Agabus most likely..underside shots would also be great...a male specimen, which means the odds of getting a species id are relatively high ('relatively' as this is still hard to do with a genus this large)

Agabus semivittatus LeConte 1852
This lotic species is characterized by the pale yellow sublateral stripe/vitta that extends from the middle to the subapical portions of each elytron. There are several others that look very similar but are generally larger in size and range south of Canada.

Thanks again!
Should I still post ventral shots for this species?

Sure
It may help in case others post similar specimens to this one
