Not sure where to start. I've found several similar leafhoppers but not with the "deep clevage" between the wings. Someone mind pointing me in the right direction? Thank you.

Thank you, Dann. Per Andy, "The double line of apical cells on the wing is characteristic of this species in our eastern fauna." BTW good luck on your dissertation.
