Northern Flatid Planthopper - Flatormenis proxima

Northern Flatid Planthopper - Flatormenis proxima
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
October 9, 2008
Not sure where to start. I've found several similar leafhoppers but not with the "deep clevage" between the wings. Someone mind pointing me in the right direction? Thank you.

Anormenis chloris
most likely, a flatid planthopper

Thank You
