Agapostemon sp. (Halictidae, Halictini)
I'm doubtful this Sweat-bee is actually a female. Antennae seem too long and not "elbowed" enough. Also, 20 mm is way too large.

Male A. femorata.
Look at those swollen hind femora! Classic example of this species.
