Size: 12-13mm
Adding this male specimen for details on that sex. I note I couldn't find any wild male shots. And this was a somewhat difficult keying job because these are just so decorated. One wants to call them Ceropales but that genus has very different wings and eyes and facial characteristics. Females nearly twice the size.
