This looks like a Black-legged Meadow Katydid (Orchelimum nigripes) to us. Can anyone confirm? Any help appreciated.

Could be....
Could also be a dusky-faced meadow katydid, O. campestre. The features necessary to conclude the species are not even clearly visible here. Close-ups of the cerci are really what is required.
