Tortricid Moth - Choristoneura rosaceana

Tortricid Moth - Choristoneura rosaceana
Stafford, Stafford County, Virginia, USA
July 22, 2005
Attracted to porch light. Is it a worn leafroller or maybe a fireworm moth? Help with ID appreciated.

I Have a Couple of Photos Filed Under....
3635 - Oblique-banded Leafroller - Choristoneura rosaceana. Unfortunately, there are a couple more at MPG filed elsewhere. I'm hoping for some guru to come along and straighten out the assignments of numerous photos in this area of Tortricidae. Maybe Dennis Profant will be able to help here. Looks like the system went into time delay and finally burped up a prior comment which I don't know how to delete.

Doesn't Look Worn to Me, Still Has....
....some decent fringe showing. I have a couple of photos of this critter filed under 3635 - Oblique-banded Leafroller - Choristoneura rosaceana. But I have to confess that I am still waiting for some Tortricid Guru to come along and straighten out the assignments of several similar photos currently placed elsewhere.

Thanks Bob
I can just move it to Tortricidae for now unless there are too many in the guide already.
