Identification
D. sayi: outer apex of femora gray, tarsi basally pale, lower eye lobe usually shorter than genal area. D. texanus: outer apex of femora dark reddish-brown to black, tarsi unicolorous, lower eye lobe usually subequal to genal area.(2)
