Blue Dasher
I live in Arizona and we have Blue Dashers that hang out by our pool and water fall. We have taught them to land on our hands while we are in the pool. They will stay on your hand for 10 minutes or more and are not afraid.

It is amazing to watch them. They allow you to move them very close to your face. They appear to be smiling at you. Very cool!
