I apologize for the image quality. It's a very small critter and was in the process of escaping....and was successful.

Please help with ID.

Reuterella helvimacula (Enderlein 1901), dark form female

Looks more like a Psocoptera - bark louse...

 
The hind femur does not appea
The hind femur does not appear to be swollen so I would think this is in Trogiidae (Booklice).
