Size: 1/8 inch
NW Wyoming 8000 ft elevation. On a dandelion. Tiny critter. Cannot find in my books.

Probably Sphecodes sp.
This is probably a female Sphecodes sp., a bee in the family Halictidae. Easy to get them confused with wasps:-)
