I am working out of class, but this looks like one of those short-horned long-horned beetles in or near Xylotrechus (Cerambycidae: Clytini).

It appears to be a specimen of Xylotrechus longitarsis Casey, 1912. The markings should probably extend a little more toward the sides and the subhumeral spot seems pretty worn.

The problem with Neoclytus co
The problem with Neoclytus conjunctus is that the pronotum is sculptured with rugae. Also the posterior lunate marking does not extend to the tip of the elytra, but is quite separated from it.
