Scelionid Wasp
Pentatomid eggs are often parasitized by wasps in the family Scelionidae such as

 
Aha!
I knew there was a non-chalcid I was forgetting, but its name wasn't coming to me. It's common for females of this family to stay and guard their parasitized eggs, if I remember correctly. Some of these eggs look like they're already darkening because of parasitoids developing inside.

Stink bug eggs (Pentatomidae)
but maybe you already knew that. The wasp reminds me of this encyrtid

but that's strictly an educated guess.

Charley - I suspected they might be stink bug eggs because I have seen hatchings before, but I still wasn't certain. I had no idea on the wasp, but it looks like you nailed it immediately. Thanks again.
