Histiostoma Phoretic Deutonymphs - Histiostoma

These are phoretic mites in the family Histiostomatidae, genus Histiostoma. They are phoretic in the Deutonymph stage only. They are riding on the gaster of a worker Aphaenogaster fulva ant.
