Could be...
Harvestmen do have white, spherical eggs that are inserted in rotten wood etc., so it's certainly plausible. Was there circumstantial evidence that led you to that guess?

Silly me, I just skip over the pictures of bugs and go straight for the eggs and such. Well, definitely consistent with what I know about harvestman eggs, and pretty convincing circumstantial evidence!

I guess I should have asked first if you think the those are Harvestman babies that hatched out.

I think it's safe to link them, and safe to call them harvestman babies as well. As to what kind they might be, I have absolutely no idea.
